Pay remains pending until finalized.
Pay no longer pulls live shift hours throughout the day. Finalize Pay snapshots the completed shifts/cuts for that date. Once finalized, those hours are locked and Reset Day cannot change them.

Each date becomes a folder as soon as Pay is finalized. Finalize Day later adds the Daily Report PDF to the same folder.
